WHAT IS SPIN?

 

BEND’s Spin classes have options for both high or low intensity as you go at your own pace. We follow a rhythm-riding concept and create the atmosphere of a Party on the bike. All spin classes are an opportunity to shut off the outside world and move, as a team, to the rhythm of the music.

Our BEND Coaches lead their classes with music-driven workouts that will help heighten your experience and take you to that next-level wellness for the body, mind and soul.

We want you to be BOLD in your life and we want to help you achieve all of your fitness and personal goals. We believe that spin helps us all feel stronger, more confident and ready to tackle all the hurdles that life seems to throw at us.
