EMPOWER'D BARRE

EMPOWER'D BARRE is a mix of traditional “barre moves” (explained below) along with some HIIT, cardio and strength training.

Traditional Barre is a combination of small isolation moves that target the smaller muscles and uses smaller weights. In EMPOWER'D BARRE we target all of the muscles for a full body workout and use a combination of light and heavy weights. There is also a heavy focus on maintaining and improving our posture, balance and agility.

This workout is for every BODY, every fitness level, as we offer variations to help you achieve your fitness goals no matter where you are starting from. These classes can be modified if you are new and the moves are different for you or if you have an injury and need a variation.

You do not need dance experience.
Your success starts when you show up.
