WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS TO START WITH?

This answer is going to be different for everyone and will depend on your goals with us. You can email us HERE to get some help with that. Or, here are some quick suggestions depending on your goals:

  • If you goals are to get more flexible we would recommend starting with a straight YOGA class (You can also try Candlelight Yoga or Yoga for Anxiety). Also make sure you move slowly and don’t over do it.

  • If you goals are to get stronger and you are just starting out with weights we would recommend trying a barre or yoga with weights class and discuss all injuries or concerns with the instructors before hand.

  • If you are looking for cardio - we recommend starting with a 30min spin class - Spin Express - we are here to help - so please arrive early for bike/shoe set up.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND SIGN IN FOR EVERY CLASS?
Yes! All clients must create an account in order to purchase class credits and register for class. To create an account, click on ‘book a class.’
Yes - you must register for classes. Why:

  • If we have less than 3 people registered for a class, it will be cancelled

  • If you are not registered and class is cancelled - you will not get notified

  • If you are registering for a spin class we base our set up and bikes put out, shoes out, by who is registered - registration for spin is a must.

IF I PURCHASE THE INTRO OFFER - IS THERE ANY OBLIGATION AFTER?
Nope - try it out - if you like it we will offer you a deal on your second month.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE CLASS?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class because we like to start on time. You want to make sure you get:

  • the proper props/weights/bike set up

  • if you need help with the bike - we need time to help you

You cannot sign up another person - they need their own profile. If create the profile and you want to pay - just contact Joanne and she will help out. Your friend/family member still needs to create their own profile and sign the liability waiver - but she can apply a payment from your account for them.

Exercise and yoga during pregnancy is generally safe and desirable. Bend is slow paced and low impact making it a complimentary to women during pregnancy. It is advisable that you should seek clearance from your physician before embarking on any new exercise regime during pregnancy.

All exercise that was done pre-pregnancy is normally good for moms throughout pregnancy.
