What you need to bring for class

We know that sometimes coming to a new space or a new class can make us feel a little nervous. To help ease that - here is what you need for class:

What you need to know

  • We still try to maintain some social distance - we will show you where to set up :)

  • All of our group classes are done without shoes - if you feel you need shoes for HIIT or Barre - no problem. They must be indoor shoes - meaning they are not worn outside at all. This is for your protection as we put our faces to the floor at times.

YOGA / THAI

• Mat (we have a few to borrow if you don’t have one - but only a few - we would not have enough if everyone came without a mat)
• No shoes
• When you get here - take your mat to a dot on the floor – the front of your mat goes onto the dot facing the mirrors or doors (blue dots for Joanne, green dots for Leanne)
• We will let you know what else you need when you get there

SPIN

• Footwear – you can either use a pair of our spin shoes, bring your own spin shoes that have recessed clips (not worn outdoors) OR indoor shoes only in the studio. (For indoor shoes – we also ask that you don’t walk from your car to the studio in them – or they are not technically indoor shoes. We ask this because we do things on the floor – hands and even faces go on the floor during exercise and we are trying to keep ya’ll as healthy as possible)
• Bring water and a towel
• Arrive 5-10 min early for proper bike set up

HIIT / Barre

• No shoes required
• When you get here
HIIT - take your mat to a blue dot on the floor
BARRE - take your mat to the right of a bike (used for stability)
• Check the white board for notes as you enter re: weights
• As with anything – take breaks when you need – especially if you are returning to fitness.

Cyclone / Bike Barre

• Footwear – see note above in spin
• Bring a mat - (we have a few to borrow if you don’t have one - but only a few - we would not have enough if everyone came without a mat)
• Check the white board for notes as you enter re: weights
• Bring water and a towel
• Arrive 5-10 min early for proper bike set up
