YOGA
The yoga classes at Bend are accessible to all levels and work on improving mobility, flexibility and sometimes strength or areas where we have imbalances in the body. For this reason they may come across as gentle - because there is no forcing or pushing. The classes are tailored, always, to those who are attending classes so that the classes have a purpose for each individual’s well being.

FLOW
Flow classes are a lot more fast paced as they follow a Vinyasa Style incorporating variations to Sun Salutations. These are classes that challenge the body’s strength and flexibility. Poses are not held for long periods of time and you may even find that you have a slight sweat going on. Inner focus is still our main purpose and classes are still tailored to the people in class on that day.

HEAL
Movement. Massage. Release.
Part yoga, part massage (use of massage balls or Thai massage will vary per class). This class blends mindful movement, massage ball release and targeted toning to help you reconnect with the places your body is asking for care. Each class will focus on different areas - hips, shoulders, low back - wherever we are holding tension or emotion. We'll move, massage, stretch, and let go - creating space for strength, softness and real healing from the inside out. No experience needed. Just bring your bat, your breath, your aching bodies... and be willing to feel better.

RESTORE & STRETCH
A slow, calming class designed to help you release tension, reset your body, and truly unwind. Through gentle stretches and supported restorative postures, you’ll ease tight muscles, quiet a busy mind, and give your nervous system a chance to settle.
Perfect for all levels, this class is less about pushing and more about letting go—leaving you feeling lighter, softer, and deeply relaxed.

THAI MASSAGE RESTORE
An intimate, 4-person restorative experience combining Thai massage, gentle stretching, and supported stillness. You’ll move through gentle poses, be massaged in each one, and then given time to rest. That rest is key — it’s where your body softens, tension releases, and you fully reset.
