Our Group Classes and Services
Our goal with our group classes is to have something for everyone. We offer regular yoga classes, flow classes, spin and bootcamp classes. Here you will find the level of fitness that suits you best or the level of repair that you need. You are always welcome to reach out so that we can help you decide what is best for you.
YOGA
These classes are for all levels and are here to help us unwind, relax and look inward with meditation. These classes also help relieve muscle tension and pain, emotional stress and leave you feeling calm and at peace.
SPIN
We offer both straight spin classes that are 30min in length and we also offer 45min and 1hr Cyclone classes. Cyclone is where we add weights off the bike to give it a bootcamp feeling to the class for a full body workout.
BOOTcamp
These classes are 30min classes where we work targeted muscle groups and have fun. We work at a fast pace - but you are always welcome to do what is best for you and offer variations to all of the movements so that you can do what is best for you.
Thai Massage Restore
This is the class where you get little movement - but lots of love. These classes are yoga classes with amazing rest and repair for your hard worked muscles. This the ULTIMATE relaxing experience that also helps you become pain free.
